Shamal Holding is building Naïa Island Dubai off the Jumeirah coastline as a low-lying resort masterplan of open green and coastal terrain, connected to the city by road. It will hold the first Cheval Blanc Maison in the region, and around it a strictly limited number of branded beachfront residences and estate plots, each with private beach access. A private marina, dining, spa and wellness serve the island.
