ALAIN is building the residences directly on Saadiyat Beach, between the shoreline and the island’s cultural district. Facades curve in gentle lines that echo the waves, in marble and softly burnished metal drawn from the sand tones of the island. Architecture is by Killa Design. Killa Design shaped the scheme around the contours of the beach: curved facades, marble and burnished metal, terraces held open to the shoreline. Inside, rooms are generous and light-filled, finished with bespoke detail drawn from the island. Floor plans and finish schedules are released to registered buyers.

A Director of Residences, concierge, reception and porter service run the building, with 24-hour on-call repair, valet parking, pre-arrival assistance and courier service.
