Aman ownership in Dubai, held to the house standard.
Aman builds few buildings and keeps them quiet. The Dubai residences follow the group’s established pattern of ownership: privacy first, low density, and full standing access to the operator’s wellness, dining and service programme. Every residence has a double-height void terrace with its own pool. The landscape is by Vladimir Djurovic, who also holds the grounds at Eden House Za’abeel.

Timber, stone and shade, held to the Aman standard.
Living and dining run along the glass line, one turned to the Gulf and the beach, the other to Downtown. Bedrooms open onto screened courtyards with olive trees. Materials stay within a single warm register: sand-coloured stone, pale timber, woven surfaces, bronze.
Kerry Hill Architects.
The building draws on the region’s architectural heritage: shaded galleries and privacy screens, sand-coloured stone and timber from the region, bronze detailing. Nine acres of gardens sit behind a private stretch of white sand beach on the Dubai Peninsula, with each residence turned either to the Gulf or to the skyline.
Kerry Hill worked with Aman from Amanusa onward and set much of the group’s architectural language — long horizontals, deep shade, courtyards. The Dubai site combines an Aman hotel, an Aman Club and 78 residences with four waterfront villas on one plot.
